
rhipe's Diversity and Inclusion council held a number of Women In Cloud events across several locations in APAC last week for International Women's Day. Our events were focused on the theme of #BalanceForBetter and discussions were held at each events surrounding; strategies to promote inclusion in the workplace, importance of leadership and mentoring, work-life balance and more.
Women In Cloud Melbourne
At the Melbourne Offices, the rhipe team were joined by rhipe board member Dawn Edmonds and Bianca Pickett from Index Consultants. With a great discussion on how to achieve this year's theme Balance for Better.
Women In Cloud Singapore
The Women In Cloud Lunch in Singapore was led by Raffi Ismail, Partner Enablement Specialist at rhipe who was joined by the rhipe team and partners with a roundtable discussion on gender equality, work-life balance, career advancements, parenting, encouraging young women in the technology industry.

Women in Cloud Sydney
Our Sydney event was a panel discussion led by Faith Rees, Six Pivot/Cloud Ctrl. Our panellists were Carolyn Breeze, Braintree Australia, Claudia McIntosh, Microsoft Australia, Erin Butler, Citrix and Dan Draper, Expert 360. The panel focused on strategies in promoting inclusion, closing the gap for women in technology and leadership roles, the importance of mentorship and relationships and tools to navigate challenges.
Women in Cloud Philippines
In the Philippines, the rhipe team held a Q&A session with Christina Tech and Christabel Ebrill on International Women's Day followed by a lunch.
