Microsoft CSP program partners receive a single consolidated invoice each month. Our PRISM Connect application automatically transfers product and billing-related information to your ConnectWise instance, eliminating the need for you to manually update final invoices before sending them to your customers.

PRISM is a proprietary self-service cloud provisioning platform developed by rhipe to simplify the business of being a channel partner. It provides a unified environment for the management of recurring subscription revenue, and a single pane of glass to manage every program partners have with rhipe.
PRISM was developed with an API first strategy so every feature we add to the portal is added to our APIs first.
PRISM API is the core of our PRISM platform, powering our portal and providing partners and third parties with an interface to build client applications that integrate with PRISM.
The API is designed and built on open industry adoption standards making integration straightforward.
The PRISM Developer Portal combines API discovery, documentation, onboarding and management in a single easy-to-use space. It is built on top of Microsoft Azure API Management.
PRISM Connect is a rhipe proprietary application that integrates ConnectWise with our PRISM portal. PRISM Connect automatically transfers product and billing-related information to your ConnectWise instance using a secure sync engine. This connectivity eliminates your need to manually update the final invoices before sending them to your customers. PRISM Connect is currently available for Microsoft CSP program partners.
PRISM Connect creates and updates products in the product catalogue based on the PRISM pricelist. After the products are “linked” in the catalogue (using the Vendor SKU) the Connect app will update the price and cost of the product, including your buy price and RRP.
PRISM Connect will also sync the standard monthly invoices for the program, creating “Additions” in ConnectWise.
