Audio Conferencing complimentary dial-out period extended to Nov 30 2019
Microsoft has announced the extension of the complimentary dial-out period for Microsoft Skype for Business Online Audio Conferencing to November 30, 2019. After November 30 2019, Microsoft will move to the Audio Conferencing steady state in which customers will receive 60 minutes per user per month (pooled at the tenant level) that they can use for dial-out conferencing to the 44 Zone A/“Included” countries.
During the complimentary period began since the end of 2015, Microsoft allows meeting organizers or authorized attendees to make dial-out calls from within the meeting to non-premium phone numbers in the 44 "Zone A" countries at no additional charge, up to a 900 min per user per month reasonable use limit.
Starting December 1 2019, though Microsoft will move to the Audio Conferencing steady state in which customers will receive 60 minutes per user per month (pooled at the tenant level) to apply to dial-out conferencing to non-premium phone numbers within the 44 Zone A/“Included” countries. Once the subscription minutes are consumed, dial-out to Zone A countries will require Communication Credits. Dial-out to non-Zone A (“Pay-as-you-go”) countries will continue to be charged on a per-minute basis, requiring Communication Credits.

Microsoft Kaizala Pro coming to CSP Program in July
Starting July 2019, Microsoft Kaizala Pro will be coming to the CSP program, aligning with the availability of Microsoft 365 and Office 365. Kaizala Pro standalone licenses will be available in July.
Microsoft Kaizala Pro will also become available as part of existing customers Office 365 subscriptions beginning late-May 2019. Microsoft Kaizala Pro will be visible in the Office 365 app launcher, with users seeing a Microsoft Kaizala icon and will be on-by-default for all organizations. Customers will be able to start using the Kaizala Management Portal to link their Office 365 account on the Kaizala mobile app. If Customers would like to allow users to access Microsoft Kaizala Pro, no action is needed. If they would like to disable Microsoft Kaizala Pro for their organization, follow the instructions for the tenant-level admin control.
Kaizala Pro is included in Office 365 F1, E1, E3, E5, Business Essentials and Business Premium, Office 365 Education A3 and A5 and Microsoft 365 F1, Business, E3, E5 and Microsoft 365 Education A3 and A5.
