Microsoft Teams adds new ways to interact with apps
Microsoft Teams received a major update in the last week of January. You can now use do new cools things such as including information from an app in a conversation, access a person view of apps such as viewing your recent files and seeing all your mentions, command apps from the command box and take quick actions with the slash command. There is also now better integration with Office 365 Apps.
The new command box will be accessible from the top of Team apps that you can start exploring new features by using ‘@’ or ‘/’. This allows you to search for information in an app, such as a news article or an image in Adobe Creative Cloud, and easily insert a specific result into a chat or channel conversation. More command functionalities and integration with other services will be added in future according to Office blog.

Help your customers plan the move from Skype for Business to Teams
During Microsoft Ignite in September last year Microsoft introduced a new vision for intelligent communications, which includes Microsoft Teams becoming the primary client for communication and collaboration in Office 365. And in October, Microsoft shared more details about the planned roadmap for adding Microsoft Skype for Business capabilities to Teams and the timeline Skype for business features will be added to Teams.
Currently, we see that the adoption rate of Microsoft teams is still low compared to other online services. Therefore it is important that you start educating your customers and prepare them for the move from Skype for Business to Teams. Microsoft has created an FAQ and a tutorial that you can use to help explain to your customers the move to Teams.
